Paul is an investment and business strategist and entrepreneur with a distinguished career spanning more than 35 years. His expertise in global fixed income includes public securities, private loans, emerging markets, and alternative credit strategies. He began his investment career in 1984 in New York, working in illiquid fixed income at Salomon Brothers and subsequently Merrill Lynch. He then moved to Hong Kong and Singapore, where he launched the pan-Asian businesses for both Oppenheimer and Bear Stearns. At Bear Stearns, he built a global fixed income, principal finance, and capital markets platform focused on Asian and Eastern European companies. That business was consistently ranked either the #1 or #2 “Fixed Income House” in Asia during his tenure. Paul continued deepening his emerging markets expertise by relocating to Moscow to run trading and sales at Troika Dialog. In 1999, he founded and later sold a fintech company focused on streamlining workflows, and in 2001 he completed a successful roll-up of a hospitality company, which he sold to a large private equity firm. From 2003 to 2016, Paul co-founded and managed Brevet Capital, a New York–based specialty lending asset manager focused on the same senior debt financing strategy as Enascor. Paul graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Charles has over 30 years of financial and operational leadership across both public and private companies. His expertise spans asset management, mergers & acquisitions, direct lending, private equity management, origination, structuring, and pre-settlement finance. He has led operations in diverse sectors, including 16 years with AT&T Wireless, Brevet Capital, Ipsidy (digital security), and Opticality (digital advertising). Charles has served on the boards of Ipsidy, the RJP Foundation, Minority Venture Partners, Kalm & ON, and Hevitra Solutions. He is also President of the New York City Chapter of Keiretsu Forum, the largest angel investment network in the world. His core strengths include financial management, turnaround and project leadership, security operations, and systems implementation. Charles holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Manhattan College and is a certified ODI Facilitator.

Stefan Wolf is a distinguished finance professional with deep expertise in capital markets and structured finance. Most recently serving as the Global Head of Capital Markets, he raised over $175 million for cross-border ventures and has structured more than $2 billion in transactions over the course of his career. In prior roles at LASO, Inc. and MW Eaglewood Americas LLC, Stefan specialized in portfolio management, drove significant asset growth, and was a pioneer in marketplace lending securitizations. Beginning his career in Germany, he developed innovative equity trading strategies and optimized SWAP processes, laying the foundation for a nuanced understanding of both execution and derivative structuring. Stefan holds an MBA from the Neeley School of Business in Texas. He is fluent in English and German and is passionate about football and philanthropic initiatives.
